The Actio LabelMaker is a multipurpose, thermal label printer that adds value and functionality to the Actio portfolio of products. Whether you are generating HazCom labels for your chemical containers or creating bar code labels to expedite chemical receiving and movements, LabelMaker has it covered. LabelMaker seamlessly communicates with your Gatekeeper, MSDS Vault or Regulator data and outputs your chemical information to a pre-formatted label!

Actio LabelMaker uses information taken directly from your Manufacturer/Vendor specific MSDS. No more writing or typing out labels. 100% accuracy and efficiency every time.

Choose the information you want displayed on your label from a number of fields in the MSDS. Some examples are: Chemical Name, Manufacturer/Vendor, NFPA® ratings, Hazardous Identification, Ingredients, First Aid Measures and many more.

Ready to use right out of the box with the NFPA® diamond already displayed on the label. Ratings default to the data from the MSDS, but allow users the ability to incorporate their own ratings if determined or available.

Labels come in paper and a chemical resistant polypropylene, both use a permanent adhesive. Polypropylene labels are rip-resistant, chemical-resistant and will outlast the container and chemical for which they are used.

Labels can also be created for use with the Actio Regulator inventory-tracking module. Scan-ready bar codes and IDs are generated to expedite the inventory tracking process. Bar code labels are created for each individual container and used to enhance chemical accounting capabilities. Regulator and LabelMaker work with all industry standard bar code systems.
